Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs):
- $5000 cash back – payable at settlement of the land.
- Payable only when house and land are purchased as a package.
- Land contracts must be signed before the 30th of April 2020.
- Sign a building contract with Insignia Homes not later than 30 Days after the land contract is signed.
- Payment will be made within 5 business days following formal notification of settlement of land.
- Paid directly to client by way of bank transfer to the purchasers nominated account.
- The Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) cash back under these Offer terms and conditions will only be electronically transferred into an Australian bank account upon the Eligible Customer’s full satisfaction of these terms.
- We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate the $5,000 cash back promotion.
- All amounts quoted in these T&Cs are inclusive of GST.
